The complete presentation/restoration of an 11-unit apartment complex in the Iron
Horse Historic District. Repointed and repaired brick and stone work, preserved
windows, millwork of exterior wood elements. New electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
Preserved original wood floors.
“Canoa Ranch Regional Park” circa 1880-1960
Award date: 2011
Site manufactured 8000 adobes, installed 50,000 sf of lime plaster, installed
rebuilt historic windows and doors, rebuilt structural roof system, concrete floor
overlay work on all phases.
“La Pilita Patio and El Tiradito Shrine”

Historic lime and earthen plaster, historic window repair, repaired and repainted
historic signage.

Award Date: 2014 Supervised the abatement of 24,000 sf of asbestos roof tiles. Rebuilt roof system of 20,000 sf of roll roofing, repaired adobe walls and lime plaster.

Award Date: 2011 Historic Joesler design. Restored millwork, historic tile work, windows and doors.

Award Date: 2013 Returned building to its historic appearance. Removed non-historic roof structure, rebuilt walls. Installed new roof structure.

Award Date: 2014 Restoration of historic plaster, wood element repair of beams and viga tails, brickwork. Rebuilt ornate shutters and doors.
“The Patio Building” at Tucson Medical Center
Award Date: 2015 Restoration of historic plaster. Replacement/restoration of wood elements, historic windows and doors. Rebuilt copper dome.

Award Date: 2020
Restoration of a 1930’s Spanish-Pueblo Revival style adobe office building. Removed asbestos-laden exterior stucco. Repaired underlying deteriorated adobe walls. Replaced stucco with original 1930’s adobe color. Extensive seismic improvements. Replaced and preserved historic wood elements. Installed new roof system.
